HEIONTEC and SPC plan to develop a first device using HEIONTEC technology

HEIONIT GmbH and Smart Product Concepts Limited, Hong Kong, have agreed to collaborate on the planning and implementation of an initial device featuring HEIONTEC's proprietary TEC-G technology. SPC is an international development and production partner that supports companies from the product idea to market launch, with many years of expertise in design, manufacturing, sales, and IoT solutions.

The aim of the collaboration is to develop the first low-energy electrical device that converts ambient heat directly into usable electricity – without batteries or cables. This innovative system combines HEIONTEC's thermoelectric chemical generator technology (TEC-G) with SPC's electronic development and manufacturing expertise.

Further technical and business coordination meetings are planned for later this year in Germany and Hong Kong. “This collaboration represents our shared vision of transforming innovative energy technologies from research into market-ready applications,” said Andreas Heine, CEO of HEIONTEC.
